Flowers were poor quality.
Chrysanthemums didnt last even 48 hours! The plastic tumbler that florist put boquet on was wrank (dirty water).

I'm a frequent user of Interflora and this time I sent a plant basket to my aunt to celebrate her 97th birthday. It arrived safely and she was delighted with the plant arrangement.

The flowers were delivered a week early.

Why ask for a delivery date on the web site if you are going to ignore it?

Great, flowers were received by the birthday girl, very happy.

I always use interflora & I have always been satisfied with the service. I always thought it’s first class service. BUT unfortunately my last purchase I made an error which I contacted interflora immediately asking them to rectify the error. To my disappointment they lied to me that they had rectified the issue, only to discover days later that the issue wasn’t resolved at all. To say I’m disappointed is an understatement. I feel let down.

I ordered 12 red roses for my wife for our anniversary. The bouquet arrived within the expected delivery time frame and was absolutely beautiful, the presentation was fabulous. My wife and I were extremely happy.
